Coca-Cola No Sugar Orange was the limited edition flavour for 2018, following on from coffee and raspberry (and the ginger I was never keen to try). This one adds a hint of orange flavour to the regular Coca-Cola No Sugar as a twist on the slice of lemon or lime that traditionally garnishes the drink.
The bneverage is a translucent dark brown colour with a sweet citrus nose and a moderate carbonation. Served chilled, mellow notes of orange came through ahead of the bolder cola flavours dominating the body and return with a zesty sweetness in the tail for a refreshing finish. The subtlety of the orange flavour – a flavour that recalled just a hint of Fanta Orange – complements the acidity and carbonation of regular cola to make for a refreshing beverage with the thirst-quenching qualities of regular cola and without the intensity of Fanta.
