This is Phoenix Organic Sparkling Infusions Cranberry, Lime & Apple, a flavoured sparkling water that’s great for the times when we just want something more exciting than plain water.
The beverage was a transparent red colour with dark flecks of sediment, a tart cranberry nose and a moderate carbonation. Served chilled, the fresh flavour of apple emerge ahead of tarter notes of cranberry in the body followed by an uplifting lime zestiness in the finish before leaving a clean aftertaste. Overall, the beverage was not sweet, tasting very much like a naturally flavoured sparkling water.
