The beverage had an opaque green hue with tiny flecks of darker green suspended throughout, and a sweet, tangy aroma reminiscent of fresh green kiwifruit. Consumed chilled, it offered a slightly thick, viscous mouthfeel, with the visible kiwifruit flecks undetectable on the palate, ensuring a smooth texture. The head of each sip delivered an immediate burst of green kiwifruit flavour, tasting strikingly natural without the odd artificial quality often found in Western kiwifruit juices. The flavour profile began with a fresh sweetness before developing a tangier, juicy mid-sip that captured the character of ripe green kiwifruit, concentrated and blended to smoothness, with only a balanced level of added sweetness, especially when served over ice.
Overall, this was one of the best Korean beverages we have purchased, offering a refreshing and well-balanced profile with an authentic fruit character. It is a definite candidate for repurchase.
