This is the Kikkoman Soy Milk Drink Ramune. It features soy milk flavoured with ramune as well as concentrated apple juice (<4%), and at least 4% soy bean solids.
The beverage was opaque white. Upon tasting, it initially offered a gentle sweetness, followed by a lemony lime acidity that persisted throughout, culminating in an unmistakable ramune flavor with its signature hint of bubblegum. Surprisingly, the flavour combination was not odd; the overall taste resembled a drinkable yogurt, akin to Calpis, with a slightly heightened citrussy sourness. However, it had a thicker consistency, imparting a creamy quality without the typical dairy presence associated with milk—a preferable aspect compared to the overly rich dairy flavour of the Asahi Kokusan Ichigō Latte & Calpis. Overall, the ramune-flavored soy milk proved to be a surprisingly enjoyable beverage worth trying, although it would not be a regular purchase.
This Kikkoman Soy Milk Drink Ramune contained 200 mL. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
