The Nespresso Variations Vanilio blends natural vanilla flavour with the Nespresso Livanto.
Like the Livanto, it had an intensity of 6 out of 12 and comes in a striped pastel yellow and brown coffee capsule.
The coffee is a translucent brown-black colour with a rich and velvety vanilla aroma. Made as a long black with a 1:1 water to espresso ratio, sweet vanilla notes come at the head of each sip before a light acidity developed to the fruity notes that characterised the body of the Livanto with a silky smooth mouthfeel and leaving a prominent malty caramel finish that lingered pleasantly in the aftertaste. Overall, the Vanilio Variations is a dessert take on the well balanced Livanto.
