Infusing 1 tea bag in 200 mL of cold water for 7 minutes yields a brilliant red liquor smelling of fruity punch. The sweet fruity notes of fresh and ripe red strawberries came through in the head before pleasantly bold but not overwhelming citrus notes of sweet and juicy orange with the slightest acidity emerged in the body with hibiscus undertones. The strawberries return in the finish, leaving a pleasant tropical punch aftertaste. The natural sweetness of this infusion makes it a treat without reaching the sweetness of fruit soft drinks or taking on the bitter aftertaste of artificially sweetened teas by Healtheries.
