This is the The Tea Centre Japanese Garden.

The tea was a loose-leaf blend of green and white teas together with pineapple, strawberry, mallow leaves, papaya and rose petals.

Steeping 3 g of loose leaf in 200 mL of water at 75°C for 1.5 minutes, the infusion was a clear pale golden-green colour with a tropical, floral aroma. Served hot, the natural sweetness of the ripe papaya — somewhere between a fig and a honeydew melon — gave a mellow tropical undertone to the natural honey notes and lightly vegetal flavours of the white and green tea throughout the sip. In the body, the pineapple and strawberry added inobtrusive hints of acidity and sweetness that accentuated the underlying papaya flavour without overpowering. Rose notes became prominent in the finish and amplified the natural floral notes of ripe papaya before lingering briefly in the aftertaste.
Overall, this was an elegant and balanced tea with a refreshing and clean mouthfeel. Its flavour profile was comparable to Lupicia Grenada but was preferable for the lightness of its white and green tea base in contrast to the black tea base of the former.

This The Tea Centre Japanese Garden contained 100 g. It was packed in Australia from imported ingredients and received as a gift from family in Sydney, Australia in 2021.
