This is the Sharetea Kiwifruit Green Tea ($5.90, +$1.00 for large, + $1.00 for pearls, no ice, half sugar).
The beverage was an opaque yellow colour with kiwifruit pulp suspended throughout. Upon tasting, the flavour of the kiwifruit has the boldness and brightness of the fresh fruit, with a significant kick of acidity that’s usually found in just ripe kiwifruit. The kiwifruit overwhelms the green tea in the background, which came through subtle and with minimal astringency, while the pearls have an enjoyable chew. Overall, I’m impressed by the freshness of the kiwifruit flavour, but the drink itself is rather ordinary compared to similarly priced, smaller bubble tea stores with the pearls lacking their own flavour.
