Each package contained 22 cookies, each boasting a lace-like appearance, measuring about 7 cm in diameter, and ranging from 1 to 2 mm in thickness. These cookies were thin and crispy and effortlessly melted on the palate. Their flavour profile resembled that of caramelized brown sugar and butter, subtly complemented by a touch of flour to ensure their structural integrity. A sprinkling of finely chopped peanuts contributed a satisfying crunch, while a subtle hint of cinnamon added depth to the overall taste. While we appreciated the texture of these cookies, we prefer more restrained cinnamon notes and a more pronounced peanut presence. We prefer the texture and taste of Olina’s Bakehouse Artisan Cookies, even though their assortment does not yet include a peanut-flavoured cookie.
