These chips were kettle cooked and dusted in an orange-coloured seasoning with a zesty and spicy aroma. Upon tasting, the initial savoury notes were followed by fresh acidity and a gentle sweetness as the lime notes came through. The heat from the chilli emerged in the finish and built to a good intensity on subsequent bites. Overall, the flavour of the lime added a bright depth that was more sophisticated and intense than the original chilli flavour by Kettle.
