Towards the finish, the sweetness continued to build and eventually dominated, becoming somewhat off-putting. Aftertaste carried a mild cucumber flavour alongside the slight astringency associated with cucumber skin.
Overall, a thin-cut potato chip with a progression from mild sweetness and savoury onion into increasingly dominant sweet cucumber, with a light, crisp texture that remained consistent through the bite, resulting in a flavour profile that was interesting to try but ultimately too sweet for repeat purchase. OK and worth trying, but not one to purchase again.
