This is the Darrell Lea Milk Chocolate Rocklea Road Raspberry.
It consisted of marshmallows (26%) covered with toasted coconut (6%), mixed with peanuts (6%) and pieces of raspberry liquorice (13%), and covered in milk chocolate (49%). Upon tasting, the milk chocolate gave a crunch before sinking into the fluffy and sweet softness of the marshmallows, while the raspberry liquorice gave a firm and fruity chewiness and gentle acidity that lingered long after the gentle nuttiness of the peanuts and coconut recedes. While this was satisfying, we prefer more peanuts, just as we did in the original.
