This is the Nestlé KitKat 2 Ways Mint.
Each block contained 11 wafer fingers on a milk chocolate base, topped in crisp mint chocolate (left, green section) or smooth mint chocolate (right, brown section). The block is made up of 60% milk chocolate, 16% mint flavoured chocolate (including 0.4% mint flavoured pieces) and 24% wafer fingers.
The crisp mint chocolate half delivered a bolder, mint flavour with the visible mint flavoured pieces adding a pronounced crunch and burst of mint to complement the crisp wafers, while the milk chocolate base counters with a smooth sweetness. In contrast, the mint chocolate half brought a smoother, subtler mint flavour that allows the notes of wafer and milk chocolate to came through. The crisp mint is refreshing while the mint chocolate is comforting, making for an enjoyable pairing that keeps us chasing the other flavour.
