This is the Bourbon Fettuccine Gumi Shine Muscat. It used juice from Shine Muscat grapes.
Each gummy, measuring approximately 4.5 x 1.2 x 0.5 cm, had a yellow-green hue with a sour crystal coating.
A refreshing muscat aroma filled the air on opening the package. Upon tasting, the sour crystals delivered an initial burst of sourness and a subtle crunch with each chew. The muscat flavour emerged immediately, starting with a gentle honey-like sweetness and developing with the musky tropical hint reminiscent of mango, characteristic of Shine Muscat grapes. The combination of the sour crystals and the gummy created a flavour that lingered into the finish. The unique al dente texture provided a satisfyingly clean chew that didn’t stick to one’s teeth. With their intensely refreshing Shine flavour, these gummies were worthy of repurchasing.
