These marshmallows had a texture similar to soft gummy candies, with a firmer consistency. When tasted, the sour crystals coating the surface provided a subtle crunch and an initial burst of acidity, which swiftly intensified into a juicy tartness mid-bite as the melon soda notes emerged. As the crystals dissolved, the acidity receded quickly, allowing the melon soda flavour to develop with a rich sweetness before leaving a clean aftertaste. These gummies offered the refreshing taste of melon soda with a well-balanced blend of sweetness and acidity, making them delightful and deserving of repurchase.
