Not entirely satisfied by the flavour of the Haagen Dazs ice creams, we Ben & Jerry’s for our indulgent ice cream fix. This is the Ben & Jerry’s Brownie Batter Core.

It’s described as being ‘chocolate & vanilla ice creams with fudge brownies (6%) and a brownie batter core (12%)’. It is easily the richest ice cream in their line up but who can resist a core of unbaked brownie batter? That’s even better than cookie dough!

The brownie batter core is worth every calorie dense spoonful. It’s rich, gooey and smooth and reminds us of the hot fudge sauce on McDonald’s sundaes. Only here, the ice creams forming the base are creamier and smoother with rich vanilla and chocolate flavour, as well as punctuated by chewy chunks of cooked brownie. This is the most indulgent ice cream we’ve enjoyed to date.
This Ben & Jerry’s Brownie Batter Core contained 458 ml. It was produced in the United States and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2019.
