Each bar was around 7 x 3 x 2 cm in size with an opaque orange colour speckled with flecks of crushed ice. Upon tasting, the distinct flavour of ripe mangoes came through at the head of each bite with a creamy fruitiness before the fresh citrussy notes of oranges brought a touch of acidity and depth to the mango flavour to restrain and add depth to the initial sweetness. The presence of dairy in the ingredients list brought no overt dairy flavour to the bar, while the crushed ice added an enjoyable crunchy texture to the velvety smoothness of the mango and orange aspect. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and refreshing treat for summer.
