This is the Milk Flower Mango Peach Oolong with Fresh Milk ($7.50, fixed sweetness, no ice, +$1.00 for pearls). It’s made from a base of ‘AAA grade’ peach oolong, fresh mango juice and A2 branded fresh milk, with toppings of fresh diced mango and tapioca pearls.

The drink was an opaque beige colour with the pearls sinking to the base of the cup and the mango cubes floating at the top. Served chilled, the drink had a sweet fruity flavour from the fresh mango juice that was well complemented by the sweet floral notes of the white peach in the oolong, which added depth and restrained the overall flavour from being too tropical. The use of fresh milk (over creamer) added a distinct creaminess while its dairy flavour was well masked by the fruitiness of the drink. The pearls were notably bouncy, while the R2E2 mangoes provided pops of fresh flavour despite not being particularly fragrant. This was a very enjoyable drink.
