This is the Bayberry Green Tea with Coconut Jelly ($9.00, +$1.00 large, no ice, regular sweetness) from My Modern Fresh Tea & Yoghurt.

The beverage was a semi-transparent deep burgundy colour with bayberry flesh and coconut jellies at the base. Consumed chilled, the flavour of the bayberry came through bold with a sweet-tart flavour and slightly herbal flavour that fell somewhere between a strawberry, a cranberry and a pomegranate. The texture of the pulp was akin to the juice vesicles of oranges and complements the bouncy chewiness of the coconut jelly. Overall, the sweet-tart notes were well balanced in this drink and the green tea base carried the fruitiness with a gentle toasted sweetness and minor astringency in the body.
