This is the Breezy Celine from Tea Shop Express. The drink was a tikuanyin oolong flavoured with osmanthus and prepared as a milk tea with lychee jelly, no ice and 1/8 sweetness. Consumed chilled, the drink was a translucent tan colour with a typical milk tea aroma. Upon tasting, floral notes linger in the background throughout the sip, but the subtlety of osmanthus paired with the boldness of the tea flavour makes it difficult to distinguish the osmanthus flavour from the natural floral notes of a tikuanyin. Overall, this is a decent milk tea but not identifiable as osmanthus.

This Breezy Celine was purchased at Tea Shop Express located at Shop 01/88 Hay St, Haymarket NSW 2000 in October 2019.
