This is the Plum Lemon Blossom Jasmine Tea from Tea Spot ($9.50, 50% sugar cane level, less ice). It featured plum syrup and fresh lemon with a jasmine-scented white tea base, served with coconut jelly as the included topping.

The beverage had an opaque yellow hue with slices of lemon suspended mid-cup and cubes of coconut jelly resting at the base.

When consumed chilled, vibrant jasmine notes emerged in equal measure with the lemon, delivering a refreshing floral–citrus profile, heightened by the floral lightness in the white tea However, the presence of plum was absent and undetectable, with the sourness reading entirely as lemon. While the tartness was well-balanced by a light sweetness, the omission of any perceptible plum was disappointing. The experience was further marred by the large number of lemon seeds, which not only interrupted the sip but also became tangled with the coconut jelly.

Overall, a lacklustre drink. The lemon–jasmine pairing worked well with the white tea, but the absence of plum and the nuisance of excessive seeds undermined what should have been its defining feature.
