This is the Grass Jelly Tea ($6.80, large, no ice, fixed sweetness) from Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea. The drink was a translucent brown black colour with a herbal aroma and slabs of grass jelly (included) and pearls (+$0.50). Consumed chilled, a sweet grass jelly persists from the start to end of each sip. Pleasantly, and more successfully than most other places, the herbal notes of the grass jelly have an enjoyable prominence but without veering into ‘herbal medicine’ territory. Overall, this is an enjoyable grass jelly drink.
