This Mist Wood Gin with Elderflower & Lime puts a modern twist on the traditional gin and tonic. It’s a winner of the silver medal within the pre-mixed category of the worldwide  Global Spirits Masters in 2016.

The drink was a translucent and colourless with a subtle floral nose and light carbonation. Served chilled, sweet notes that recall a clear lemonade with mellow elderflower notes came through in the head before the sharper lime emerged in the body and leaves a dry and lightly sweet finish with a mildly bitter yet clean aftertaste. Overall, the flavour recalled a dry clear lemonade with the added sophistication of floral notes.

This Mist Wood Gin With Elderflower & Lime contained 320 ml. It was produced in New Zealand and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
