This is the Surf Beverage Mono no Ka Jasmine, featuring 1% juice from peaches grown in Yamagata Prefecture and a blend of jasmine tea made with high-grade Jin Hao (“Golden Hair”) black tea leaves (70% of the tea leaves) sourced from southern Yunnan Province, China.

The beverage had a transparent golden-yellow hue with a fragrant sweet peach aroma and heightened floral notes, creating a highly enjoyable scent. Consumed chilled, the crisp floral white peach notes were prominent at the start of each sip, delivering a touch of natural sweetness. This developed into a honeyed floral sweetness mid-sip, before giving way to a notable astringency from the tea. The dewy jasmine presence became more pronounced in the lingering finish, where a gentle bitterness balanced the residual sweetness. The fruity and floral elements were well-integrated, making this a worthwhile repurchase for those seeking a well-executed zero-calorie beverage without artificial sweeteners.
This Surf Beverage Mono no Ka Jasmine contained 500 mL. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
