This is the Dari’s Table Baba Ganoush, made with 77% eggplant, tahini, herbs, sea salt, and spices.

The dip had a chunky texture with a tan hue, speckled with yellow eggplant seeds, charred eggplant skin, and green flecks of parsley. It carried a garlicky, roasted eggplant aroma. On tasting, the rich, smoky eggplant flavour was prominent, complemented by tahini and a garlicky undertone. Zesty and peppery notes, accented by coriander and parsley, added a unique depth. However, the dip leaned slightly too acidic and salty, making it well-suited for pairing with pita bread or fresh vegetables but less ideal for already seasoned accompaniments.
