The beverage had an opaque grey-brown hue and a nutty aroma. When consumed chilled, the soy milk’s distinctive “green,” earthy quality was immediately noticeable at the start of each sip. Midway, the earthy sweetness of black beans became more prominent, contributing to the body of the flavour. This transitioned seamlessly into the nutty notes of black sesame in the latter half. The texture was slightly creamy and smooth, leaving no lingering aftertaste.

Overall, this flavoured soy milk had a flavour profile similar to the Kikkoman Soy Milk Black Sesame, though with a more pronounced sweetness. While the Kikkoman version leaned towards a savoury balance, this drink skewed more towards a dessert-like character.
