This is the Irvins Salted Egg Salmon Skin.

The pieces of salmon skin were of varying sizes and have a mellow fish aroma. Upon tasting, the salted duck egg flavour came through immediately as a rich yolky flavour with a very restrained saltiness, followed in the body by an enjoyable oceanic fish flavour as the skin was crunched through. In the finish, the crispy batter of the salted egg dissolved to create a rich mouthfeel and released a balanced mix of curry and chilli (with a very management gentle heat) with a hint of sweetness. The restrained saltiness of the salted egg flavour along with the depth of the seasoning was a pleasant surprise, making these very much dangerously addictive as marketed.

This Irvins Salted Egg Salmon Skin contained 105 g. It was produced in Singapore and received as a gift from family friends visiting Singapore in 2022.
