This is the Jornguan Jasmine Rice Cracker with Spicy Flossy Chicken.

The rice crackers, irregular in shape with a width of about 3.5 cm and a thickness of approximately 3 mm, featured a golden-brown exterior due to the dusting of spicy chicken floss and emitted an aroma reminiscent of the seasoning packet from Indomie Mi Goreng. An initial sweetness greeted the palate, followed by a savoury garlicky chicken flavour that was buoyed by fragrant notes of jasmine rice in the crunchy cracker. A substantial heat from the chilli developed mid-bite, reaching a manageable level for D but proving too intense for me. Overall, the crackers were satisfying, maintaining a crunchy and flavourful profile despite the heat.
