This is the Kimura Ripe Peach Cider. It contained 10% juice from white peaches grown in the prefectures of Yamanashi and Nagano in Japan.

The beverage was a semi-transparent pale pink colour with a sweet white peach aroma and a high carbonation. Served chilled, bright notes of ripe white peach came through with a delicate and elegant sweetness, ahead of a balancing fresh acidity emerging in the body. The bubbles cleansed the palate in the finish for a clean aftertaste. The flavour of the white peach was incredibly natural and enjoyable, without any hint of artificiality that can make some peach-flavoured foods taste like cough syrups from childhood. It was a refreshing beverage that we’d drink again.

This Kimura Ripe Peach Cider contained 240 mL. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2022.
