These are the Peckish Fancies Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Vinegar.

Each cracker was around 4 cm in diameter and dusted in a brown coloured seasoning with a sharp acidic aroma. Upon tasting,  the balsamic vinegar came through bold at the head of each bite with a sharp with a salivating tanginess that persists through to the body where the mellower and sweeter caramelised onion notes finish the bite. Overall, we’re fans of the light airiness of these crackers that distinguish it from other brands of rice crackers. We enjoy the flavour, but it does not have the addictive qualities of the vine tomato and basil.
