These are the Street Foodie Corn Fritters. It contained 75% corn.

Prepared by baking in the oven for 8 minutes and served hot, these fritters had a crispy exterior from the batter. The batter had the flavour of Mexican seasoning, but without any heat despite the presence of Szechuan pepper and chilli powder. The corn in the interior was juicy, but the kernels on the exterior were chewy from being dried out from the oven, while the interior batter remained doughy. Overall, the texture of these fritters were a definite miss for us and the flavour could use some work.
