On tasting, the white peach component was pleasant—lightly aromatic, fresh, and clean in flavour—but insufficient in quantity to balance the rest of the dessert. The bulk of the product was the annin tofu, which had a smooth, sweet, and creamy mouthfeel, with a characteristic almond note. The added peach juice introduced a subtle floral lift but also increased the sweetness to a level that somewhat muddied the typically clean, almond-dominant profile.

As the pudding became increasingly monotonous in texture and flavour, the nata de coco provided a welcome contrast in the final bites, introducing a firm, bouncy chew that refreshed the palate. However, the progression felt slightly imbalanced, with the fruit elements underrepresented relative to the pudding base.

Overall, a smooth and sweet annin tofu with a pleasant finish, but lacking sufficient fruit for balance. Not one for repurchase.
