This is the Sun & Liv Yamagata Daihyō Grape (Red), made from 100% straight juice extracted from a blend of three red grape varieties: Delaware for its rich sweetness, Kuro Kei for its juiciness, and Berry A for its pronounced sweetness and balanced acidity. The juice is processed in a sealed environment to prevent oxidation, preserving the grapes’ flavours at their peak.

The juice featured a clear, deep red hue and a sweet aroma characteristic of red grapes. Consumed chilled, the flavour opened with the signature musky sweetness of red grapes, followed by a refreshing acidity mid-sip. The finish introduced a raisin-like aromatic quality reminscent of wine grapes and lingered pleasantly in the aftertaste. This juice captured the natural flavours of fresh grapes, delivering a rich sweetness complemented by a refreshing, juicy profile. It offered a smooth palate experience, notably free from the cloying, almost astringent sweetness typical of grape juice concentrates.
