Bollywood Burgers, Eastern Creek

This is Bollywood Burgers, a casual fast-food venue focused on Indian-inspired burgers, wraps, and bowls.

Desi Masala Fries (Indian Herbs) (regular, +$2.00 to upsize)

The fries came through evenly coated in seasoning, with a visible layer of spice. Initial contact delivered a firm, audible crunch. The structure suggested multiple frying stages, with the interior staying light and fluffy. Through the mid-palate, the seasoning settled into a consistent Indian spice profile, aromatic and savoury without tipping into excess. The flavour held steady across repeated bites. Towards the finish, the spice lingered lightly without building heat. Aftertaste carried a mild savoury spice note. Texture held well, maintaining crunch even after cooling.

Chicken Tikka Burger ($14.00)

Grilled Chicken Fillet, Lettuce, Tomato, Spanish Onion, Capsicum, Cheese, Achaari Sauce & Mint Sauce

The burger came assembled neatly, close to the promotional images. The sesame bun offered a firmer structure than a typical brioche, without the added sweetness. On initial contact, the bun held together well while the chicken delivered a soft, juicy bite. The seasoning was present but restrained, with only mild heat. Through the mid-palate, the tikka spices developed in a controlled way, supported by the sauces which added a light creaminess. Lettuce, capsicum, and onion brought a fresh crunch that lifted the overall profile. Towards the finish, the spice remained moderate, with the sauces smoothing rather than amplifying it.

Butter Chicken Bowl ($14.00)

Grilled Butter Chicken Fillet, Lettuce, Tomato, Spanish Onion, Cheese, Butter Sauce & Mint Sauce

The bowl was built on a base of lettuce, tomato, and onion, topped with butter chicken pieces and sauce. Initial contact leaned on the crispness of the lettuce, with the chicken coming through tender and juicy. The base was easy to work through with a spork, allowing for clean, contained bites. Through the mid-palate, the butter chicken sauce delivered a tangy, moderately spiced profile. The mint sauce worked as a balancing layer, softening the richness and tying the components together. Towards the finish, the sauce lingered with mild spice and acidity without becoming heavy.

Overall, Bollywood Burgers is casual Indian-inspired fast food with accessible heat, good crunch, and clean structure across dishes.
