This is the Kikkoman Soy Milk Drink Pudding. It contained at least 8% soybean solids (in contrast to the usual 4%).

The beverage had an opaque beige hue with a perfumed aroma reminiscent of vanilla flavouring. When consumed chilled, the vanilla flavour was present but more subdued than the aroma suggested. It offered a moderate note of vanilla with a restrained sweetness at the beginning of each sip. As the flavour developed, the beany notes of soybean emerged mid-sip, followed by a subtle savoury hint in the finish. The dark caramel flavour of a traditional pudding was not distinctly discernible. Still, the overall taste was reminiscent of pudding and the vanilla ice flavour, though with a smoother and slightly thicker texture. It was an interesting flavour to try but not one worth repurchasing.
