The beverage was smooth overall, with any bitterness from the coffee well moderated by the condensed milk. However, the assertive coffee flavour somewhat overshadowed the pandan elements, leaving the jelly to contribute primarily to texture rather than taste. The pandan foam added a gentle savoury note, tempering the sweetness.

Overall, unique and layered in concept, but more intriguing as a one-time experience than one to revisit.
