These are the Peckish Fancies Vine Tomatoes & Basil, which are premium flavoured rice crackers.

Each cracker was around 4 cm in diameter and dusted in a deep red and green seasoning with a fragrant basil aroma. Upon tasting, the seasoning gave an initial tangy sharpness from tomato before developing with a fragrant basil flavour in the body, while the rice crackers themselves have an impossible lightness. The richness of the seasoning as well as the light crispness of the cracker make these definitely a little bit ‘fancy’ and puts them ahead of all other rice crackers.

This Peckish Fancies Vine Tomatoes & Basil contained 90 g. It was produced in Thailand and received as a gift from acquaintances in Sydney, Australia in 2021.
