Consumed chilled, the drink delivered the orange base with a clear, refreshing sweetness that’s restrained in acidity. A hint of zesty grapefruit came through to brighten the citrus notes in the body but without any bitterness, while the cubed lychee jellies add pops of bounciness that contrast with the larger and chewier white pearls. The green tea base is weak, with its presence marked only by a slight astringency throughout the sip. Overall, this is a thirst-quenching beverage that could be improved by the addition of fresh fruit.
