The texture was creamy, with a lingering cinnamon aftertaste that was surprisingly refreshing rather than heavy. When consumed hot, the bitterness was more pronounced, and the sweetness was more subdued. Compared to the Caramel Cinnamon Cookie Latte, this coffee had a stronger cinnamon presence with a sharper bitterness in the finish.
