This is the Asahi Wilkinson Tansan Cool Lemon, containing lemon extract and fragrance.
The beverage presented as clear and colourless, with a gentle lemon aroma reminiscent of light lemonade. The carbonation was strong and finely textured. When consumed chilled, it delivered an immediate rush of tight, energetic bubbles, after which a mild lemon character emerged—slightly zesty, subtly sweet, and restrained in acidity. The flavour remained faint throughout, drinking very much like lightly flavoured carbonated water, with a soft citrus note lingering briefly once the carbonation settled mid-sip. It was refreshing, palate-cleansing, and suitable as an easy on-the-go option, though not distinctive enough to warrant seeking out again.
This Asahi Wilkinson Tansan Cool Lemon contained 500 mL. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2025.
