This is the Genki Forest Facha Osmanthus Pu-Erh. The beverage was a translucent red-brown beverage with a delightful osmanthus fragrance. Upon tasting, the earthy and nutty undertones of the pu-erh base took the lead, followed by the immediate emergence of fragrant osmanthus notes with their mildly sweet apricot quality. The tea offered an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel, devoid of bitterness or astringency. Despite being entirely unsweetened, the blend carried a sweet undertone derived from the sophisticated interplay of pu-erh and osmanthus, enhancing its overall flavour profile.
