The chocolate therefore emerged after the banana had established the initial profile, resolving into a familiar banana-and-chocolate pairing. Texture continued from fine crumb into a soft, melt-in-the-mouth finish.
Overall, a cookie bite with a progressive flavour trajectory and integrated textural development, resulting in a well-resolved progression from crisp crunch through fine crumb to melt-in-the-mouth chocolate. The delayed emergence of the dark chocolate worked particularly well against the persistent banana profile.
