These Pringles Veggie Creations Potato, Tomato, Mozzarella & Herbs are marketed as being a ‘multi-sensory snacking adventure’.
Notes of cheese with an undertone of tomato came through in the aroma of these crisps, which distinguish themselves from regular Pringles most obviously by their bright red colour that is achieved from beets. Upon tasting, the cheese notes are prominent initially and linger long into the body where rich tomato and fragrant basil notes came through to create an overall flavour that strongly recalled a crispy Margherita pizza.
This new ‘Veggie Creations’ series surprised us with its punchy flavour after the rather lacklustre flavours that tasted mostly the same of late.
