Each block contained 11 wafers fingers covered in creamy white chocolate, topped with chocolate and vanilla cookie pieces, on a milk chocolate base. It is made up of 47% milk chocolate (22% cocoa solids), 24% wafer fingers, 28% white chocolate and 1% cookie pieces.
The finger delivered a crisp crunch through the chocolate and wafer, while the cookie pieces add an oddly enjoyable graininess to the chocolate that, surprisingly, does not suggest low quality chocolate. The pieces deliver a noticeable cookie flavour (akin to flour and butter) that is well complemented by the bolder sweetness from the white chocolate top. The bottom layer tempers the sweetness of the white chocolate with the bitterness of the milk chocolate. Overall, this bar is a very tasty textural experience and best enjoyed chilled to mellow the sweetness of the white chocolate somewhat.
