This is the Maggie Beer Chocolate, Coffee & Biscuit Ice Cream. It contained >24% milk, 24% cream, 15% vino cotto coffee ripple, 7.5% biscuit pieces, 4% cocoa powder and 0.08% chocolate extract.

The ice cream is a deep rich brown colour with ripples and flecks of darker brown throughout and a rich chocolate aroma. Upon tasting, it had a smooth and velvety mouthfeel from the high dairy content. The chocolate flavour was bold as well as incredibly rich as a result of the vino cotto coffee ripple that lent a notable depth. The crushed biscuits were small and scattered throughout and added subtle hints of chewy texture, but not crunch. Decadent and indulgent were the best descriptors for this chocolate ice cream, with every spoonful speaking of the quality ingredients used. While no longer available for sale, we would repurchase it if it were.
This Maggie Beer Chocolate, Coffee & Biscuit Ice Cream contained 500 mL. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2019.
