This Sparkling White Peach Earl Grey is part of the series of ‘premium, locally produced, non-alcoholic, and artisanal sparkling tea’ from Mindful Sparks in Hong Kong. It contained purée from French peaches.

The beverage exhibited an opaque golden-brown color with a sweet bergamot aroma reminiscent of Earl Grey, featuring a high level of carbonation. Upon tasting, the Earl Grey flavor was evident in equal measure with the white peach. The Earl Grey notes emerged at the beginning of each sip and lingered in the background with slightly floral, yet not overtly citrus, bergamot notes into the finish. In contrast, the white peach notes took center stage from early on in the body of each sip, presenting as a mellow acidity that captured the sweet floral nuances of the fresh fruit. This complemented and added depth to the bergamot. Towards the end of the sip, the tiny bubbles cleansed the palate, leading to a crisp finish. Overall, the combination of Earl Grey and white peach flavors was sophisticated and refreshing, justifying its premium price.
