This is the Red Rock Deli Gourmet Crackers Sundried Tomatoes & Italian Herbs. Fresh and sundried tomatoes (1.5%) and Italian herbs (1%) are baked into the dough of the crackers.

The crackers were rectangular in shape (4 x 3 cm in size and 2.5 mm thick) and had a fragrant aroma of Italian herbs. Upon tasting, a rounded savoury quality came through before munching through the light and crispy cracker revealed a delicate lightly tangy tomato, moreish oregano and slightly sharp basil flavour with every bite. The generous flavouring and thinner cracker made it a vast improvement on Arnott’s Shapes which were too much ‘biscuit’ without sufficient ‘flavour you can see’, yet a slither thicker than water crackers that did not carry much flavour. We’re not much of a cracker eater, but we would purchase these again if we were.
