This is the Vita Cold Brew No Sugar Dong Ding Oolong Tea. It uses Vita’s ‘Ultra High Temperature Technology’ so no preservatives are added.
The tea is a clear golden brown colour with a sweet and pine aroma. Served chilled, the notes of the oolong came through with an initial creamy sweetness before developing with a mild smokiness in the body that lingered very long in the finish with slight astringency. The overall flavour has undertones of toasted nuttiness and caramel, yet is refreshing and crisp. This is a good candidate for a sugar-free iced tea.
