We picked up these Blackedtone Gourmet Snack Co Deli Style Roast Beef & Gravy from Aldi.
These chips are thicker deli-style chips, dusted with a brown seasoning and a generic salty aroma. Upon tasting, the initial nondescript salty aroma came through prominently almost to the point of bitter. They’re much saltier than your plain salt flavoured chips, and the ‘roast beef’ flavour was evident only as a slight beefy flavour in the background after one concentrates to get past the saltiness of the gravy component. These chips lack finesse for a ‘gourmet’ flavour and we’re not fans.
